Letha Terrell, 85, Carnegie passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015, in Carnegie surrounded by her family. She was born on December 3, 1929, in Mountain View, Oklahoma to James and Virgie (Williams) Vance. Letha went to Carnegie Public Schools graduating in 1947. Letha Vance married Herman Terrell on June 14, 1947, in Carnegie, Oklahoma, celebrating 68 years of marriage on June 14, 2015. Letha and Herman has lived in Florida and Maryland for many years before moving back to Carnegie in 1993. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Carnegie.

She is survived by her husband Herman Terrell, of the home

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Loyd Vance.
