The cemetery office has her in permanent storage until the family makes arrangements for her burial.
( From this comment, I believe Walter had died before Ruth Alma as did their 2 children, Joyce & Steven Raper. Aunt Ruth eventually was the last one to die. Very sad I just found this out.) --- Arlene Duncan
