This photo was made in 1885 on the occasion of the 50th wedding anniversary of Appleton Mandeville (L.C.M's daddy) AND Mary Ann Stewart Mandeville.
I have a pewter tray, pitcher, and cup engraved 1835-1885 to commemorate the anniversary.
The house changed hands many times over the years before it was demolished in the late 50's or early 60's - H. Raleigh Cannon III
