Registration Card, WWI - Sept. 12, 1918. According to the registration card, Monte was living in Benicia, Ca. and working in the shipyards as a ship labor. Very interesting. 1918 was the same year Rebecca was born in Benicia, Ca., so I assume John T. Lowrey, Gussie, Monte & the whole family was living in Benicia together. Interesting that he listed his mother as "Celey Lowrey". I assume a nickname for her.
